Evan has 17 years of event management experience at three major trade show organizations.  Before founding Results.now, Inc. in 2001, he was Vice President, Sales & Marketing for CES, the largest annual trade show in the United States.  In that role, he was responsible for all marketing, branding, exhibit sales, and promotional opportunities sales for CES.

Evan also served as CES Director of Marketing, and as Staff Director, Sales and Exhibitor Services.  Each year under his leadership, CES set all-time records for attendance; exhibit and sponsorship revenue; and total paid exhibit space.

Evan has also worked for Graphic Arts Show Company (producer of Graph Expo and Print) and the Interactive Multimedia Association (producer of IMA Expo).  He has been involved in eight different event launches, and has served in several key positions responsible for exhibit sales and customer service; attendee and exhibitor marketing; and operations.

Karen Schoenfeld Tuvin, Senior Manager, Account Management

Karen comes to Results.now with 13 years of technology and telecommunications sales experience. For the past eight years, Karen has specialized in the Voice Over IP (VoIP) technology while affiliated with Inter-Tel, Inc. At Inter-Tel, Karen's responsibilities ranged from sales prospecting and closing to project management and post-installation account management. Karen was repeatedly recognized for her achievements as top sales representative.

Prior to joining Inter-Tel, Karen developed a facsimile sales department for Centric Business Systems. Karen helped grow her department from zero sales to an average of $25,000 per month.

Karen earned both her Undergraduate Business and Master's Degrees from the University of Maryland.

Heather Udell, Database Development Specialist

Heather comes to Results.now with 10 years of event planning experience with the last six in marketing and event management. Prior to joining Results.now in March 2007, Heather played a key role in Mid-Atlantic LifeSpan's annual conference and exposition, making it the most successful trade association conference for the long-term care industry in Maryland. Her role as Corporate Director of Marketing included, exhibit sales, education planning, association communications, membership marketing, event logistics, magazine production, website maintenance, electronic newsletter production, listserv management, and directory production.

Heather has also worked for the Maryland Assisted Living Association, where she was the in charge of education planning and membership of a focused trade association. She was responsible for conference and seminar planning and generating collateral membership materials.

Prior to her work within long-term care in Maryland, Heather worked for the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging where she was part of an education planning team that developed educational opportunities for an annual meeting that drew 6,000 long-term care providers nationally.
